EQS-Adhoc: HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft: CIMIC erwirbt 100 % der Anteile an Thiess

EQS-Ad-hoc: HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Mergers und Acquisitions / Kauf von Unternehmensteilen Die HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft gibt bekannt, dass ihre australische Tochtergesellschaft CIMIC Group Limited den Erwerb sämtlicher ausstehender Anteile an der Thiess Group Holdings Pty Ltd von Fonds, die von Elliott Advisors (UK) Ltd beraten werden, zu einem Kaufpreis von 1,18 Mrd. AUD abgeschlossen hat.
Durch die Transaktion wird Thiess wieder vollständig von CIMIC und mittelbar von HOCHTIEF gehalten. Thiess wird weiterhin als Anbieter für Bergbaudienstleistungen innerhalb der CIMIC Group tätig sein. Der Erwerb wird voraussichtlich einen leicht positiven Effekt auf den operativen Konzerngewinn der HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft im Geschäftsjahr 2026 haben.
