Mai 2028 laufenden Amtszeit nicht für eine weitere Amtszeit zur Verfügung stehen wird.
Der Aufsichtsrat der Covestro AG wird rechtzeitig einen geordneten Nachfolgeprozess für den Vorstandsvorsitz einleiten. Dr. Markus Steilemann wird einen reibungslosen Übergang seiner Aufgaben auf seine Nachfolgerin oder seinen Nachfolger sicherstellen.
