Alleinvorstand der Einbecker Brauhaus AG Marc Kerger bis 2029 wiederbestellt Der Aufsichtsrat der Einbecker Brauhaus AG hat in seiner Sitzung am 17.12.2025 Marc Kerger mit Wirkung zum 01.10.2026 für die Dauer von drei weiteren Jahren bis zum 30.09.2029 erneut zum Vorstand der Gesellschaft bestellt. Herr Kerger führt die Gesellschaft als Alleinvorstand und wird in seinen Aufgaben durch zwei Mitglieder der Geschäftsleitung für die Bereiche Finanzen und Technik unterstützt. Mit der erneuten Bestellung von Herrn Kerger ist die notwendige Kontinuität geschaffen worden, damit die Gesellschaft in den kommenden drei Jahren den bereits eingeleiteten Umbau der Brauerei zu einem innovativen Getränkeunternehmen weiter fortsetzt. Die Sortimentserweiterung um alkoholfreien Produkte wird kontinuierlich vorangetrieben, um neue Verwender für das Unternehmen zu gewinnen. Marc Kerger Vorstand
