April 2025 – Im Rahmen der Diskussion der Tagesordnung zur Hauptversammlung 2025 haben Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Maschinenfabrik Berthold HERMLE AG gemeinsam beschlossen, für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 neben der Basisdividende von 0,80 Euro je Stammaktie und 0,85 Euro je Vorzugsaktie einen Bonus von 10,20 Euro je Stamm- und je Vorzugsaktie vorzuschlagen. Damit beläuft sich die Dividende auf 11,00 Euro je Stammaktie und 11,05 Euro je Vorzugsaktie (Vj. 15,00 Euro bzw. 15,05 Euro). Bisher hatte der Vorstand eine Ausschüttung von 10,00 Euro je Stammaktie und 10,05 Euro je Vorzugsaktie vorgeschlagen.
