EQS-Ad-hoc: Maternus-Kliniken AG / Schlagwort(e): Strategische Unternehmensentscheidung Veröffentlichung einer Insiderinformation nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 Beabsichtigte Standortschließungen Berlin, den 23.01.2026 – Der Vorstand der MATERNUS-Kliniken-Aktiengesellschaft (ISIN DE0006044001, WKN 604400) hat mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, die folgenden Betriebe verschiedener Konzerngesellschaften im Laufe des Jahres 2026 zu beenden:
Die vorgenannten Standorte bringen unzureichende Erlöse bei hohe Kosten hervor und sind daher defizitär. Der Vorstand erwartet durch die Standortschließungen eine Liquiditätsverbesserung von rund EUR 4 Mio. pro Jahr, die sich nach Abwicklung sämtlicher zugehöriger Verträge ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2027 vollumfänglich realisieren sollte.
