EQS-Ad-hoc: YOC AG / Schlagwort(e): Vorläufiges Ergebnis VORLÄUFIGE ZAHLEN FÜR DAS GESCHÄFTSJAHR 2025 Veröffentlichung von Insiderinformationen nach Artikel 17 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 Berlin, 30. Januar 2026 – Die YOC AG (ISIN DE0005932735) hat auf Basis vorläufiger IFRS-Zahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 Umsatzerlöse in Höhe von 37,1 Mio. EUR sowie ein operatives Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA*) in Höhe von ca. 2,4 Mio.EUR erzielt. Das Konzernperiodenergebnis liegt bei voraussichtlich -0,4 Mio. EUR. Damit liegt das EBITDA unter dem Vorjahreswert in Höhe von 5,2 Mio. EUR. Der Umsatz für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 bewegt sich oberhalb des entsprechenden Vorjahreszeitraums (35,0 Mio.EUR). Diese Entwicklung ist insbesondere auf ein schwaches Geschäftsvolumen im vierten Quartal 2025, einen sich im Gesamtjahr 2025 insgesamt seitwärts bewegenden digitalen Werbemarkt sowie auf den Rückgang der Rohertragsmarge des Unternehmens zurückzuführen. Dadurch konnte die Jahresprognose des Unternehmens nicht mehr erreicht werden. Bisher hat der Vorstand für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 ein EBITDA* im Bereich von 4,0 Mio. EUR bis 5,0 Mio. EUR erwartet. Die Prognose für die Umsatzerlöse lag im Bereich von 39,0 Mio. EUR bis 41,0 Mio. EUR. Das Konzernperiodenergebnis wurde im Bereich von 1,0 Mio. EUR bis 2,0 Mio. EUR erwartet. Alle Zahlen sind vorläufig und noch ungeprüft. Die YOC AG veröffentlicht die geprüften Geschäftszahlen für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 planmäßig am 28. April 2026.
