YOC AG: EBITDA im ersten Halbjahr 2025 durch Sondereffekte belastet und unter Markterwartung – Jahresprognose 2025 unverändert Berlin, 05. August 2025 – Die YOC AG (ISIN DE0005932735) hat auf Basis vorläufiger Zahlen im ersten Halbjahr 2025 ein operatives Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA)* in Höhe von 0,5 Mio.EUR erzielt. Damit liegt das Ergebnis unter der aktuellen Analystenschätzung, die bei 1,0 Mio.EUR liegt. Im Vorjahreszeitraum lag das EBITDA bei 1,8 Mio.EUR. Die Abweichung ist im Wesentlichen auf Sondereffekte zurückzuführen. Dazu zählen Wechselkurseffekte infolge der Abwertung des US-Dollars, höhere Aufwendungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Markteintritt in Schweden sowie vorübergehend erhöhte Betriebskosten der unternehmenseigenen VIS.X® Plattform. Der Vorstand hält an der am 02. April 2025 veröffentlichten Jahresprognose für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 mit einem EBITDA in Höhe von 5,5 Mio. EUR bis 6,5 Mio. EUR, Umsatzerlösen auf Konzernebene in Höhe von 39,0 Mio. EUR bis 41,0 Mio. EUR und einem Konzernperiodenergebnis von 3,5 Mio. EUR bis 4,5 Mio. EUR fest.
