Bekanntmachung gemäß Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. b), Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 (MAR) Erwerb eigener Aktien - Abschlussmeldung Bilfinger SE schließt Aktienrückkauf planmäßig ab Die Gesamtzahl der im Rahmen dieses Aktienrückkaufs im Zeitraum vom 21. Januar 2025 bis einschließlich 17. Dezember 2025 erworbenen eigenen Aktien beläuft sich auf Stück 650.354 Aktien. Dies entspricht 1,73 % des Grundkapitals. Der an der Börse gezahlte Kaufpreis je Aktie betrug durchschnittlich 76,8811 EUR; insgesamt wurden eigene Aktien zu einem Gesamtpreis von 49.999.955,56 EUR (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) zurückgekauft. Gemäß Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. a) der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 und Art. 2 Abs. 1 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2016/1052 wurde der Rückkaufbeginn mit Bekanntmachung vom 20. Januar für den 21. Januar 2025 mitgeteilt. Den Erwerb der Aktien führte die von der Bilfinger SE beauftragte Commerzbank AG ausschließlich über die Börse durch.
