Personelle Veränderung im Vorstand der GRAMMER AG Ursensollen, 18. Juni 2025 – Thomas Strobl, Mitglied des Vorstands, wird die GRAMMER AG zum 20. Juni 2025 in gegenseitigem Einvernehmen verlassen. Mit sofortiger Wirkung übernimmt Kelvin Wang als Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) die Aufgaben von Herrn Strobl. Gleichzeitig wurde Herr Wang zum Mitglied des Vorstands berufen. Herr Wang ist als erfahrener und langjähriger Finanzmanager aus der Automobilindustrie bereits seit August 2022 für GRAMMER tätig, zunächst als CFO für die Region APAC und seit Anfang dieses Jahres zusätzlich als CFO EMEA. Dr.-Ing. Ping He, Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats: „Im Namen des gesamten Aufsichtsrats sowie des Vorstands danken wir Herrn Strobl für seinen Einsatz und wünschen ihm für seine berufliche wie private Zukunft alles Gute. Unternehmensprofil Die GRAMMER AG mit Sitz in Ursensollen ist spezialisiert auf die Entwicklung und Herstellung von Komponenten und Systemen für die Pkw-Innenausstattung sowie von gefederten Fahrer- und Passagiersitzen für On- und Offroad-Fahrzeuge. Im Bereich Automotive liefert das Unternehmen Kopfstützen, Armlehnen, Mittelkonsolen, hochwertige Interieur-Komponenten und Bediensysteme für die Automobilindustrie an namhafte Pkw-Hersteller und an Systemlieferanten der Fahrzeugindustrie.
