Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender und weitere Mitglieder des Aufsichtsrats legen Mandate vorzeitig nieder
Ursensollen, 19. Februar 2025 – Im Zuge der turnusmäßig auslaufenden Mandate der aktuellen Aufsichtsratsmitglieder der Anteilseignerseite soll der Aufsichtsrat der GRAMMER AG umfassend neu besetzt werden. Fünf Vertreter der Anteilseignerseite, darunter der Aufsichtsratsvorsitzende Dr. Martin Kleinschmitt, haben heute ihre Mandate mit Wirkung zum Ablauf des 31. März 2025 niedergelegt, um den Weg für die angestrebte Neubesetzung vorzeitig freizumachen. Die Bestellung der vorgesehenen Nachfolger wird zeitnah beim zuständigen Gericht beantragt. Die neuen Mitglieder des Gremiums sollen auf der nächsten ordentlichen Hauptversammlung der GRAMMER AG am 22. Mai 2025 von den Aktionären entsprechend der gesetzlichen Regelung bestätigt werden.
