August 2024 – Die GRAMMER AG verzeichnet auf Basis des bisherigen Geschäftsverlaufs eine unter den Erwartungen liegende Ergebnisentwicklung. Dementsprechend ist die aktuelle Gesamtjahresprognose für das operative EBIT in Höhe von rund 75 Mio. EUR aus heutiger Sicht nicht erreichbar. Das Unternehmen rechnet nunmehr mit einem operativen EBIT auf Vorjahresniveau (2023: 56,8 Mio. EUR). Zudem wird erwartet, dass der Konzernumsatz im Gesamtjahr 2024 leicht unter dem Vorjahresniveau (2023: 2.304,9 Mio. EUR) und damit unter den Planungen von rund 2,3 Mrd. EUR liegen wird. Die Prognoseanpassung der GRAMMER AG ist insbesondere auf negative Volumeneffekte zurückzuführen. Zudem belasteten volatile Werksauslastungen, hohe Kosten für Produktanläufe und Personal sowie eine geringere Produktivität das operative EBIT der GRAMMER AG. Die eingeleiteten Initiativen des Top 10 Maßnahmen-Programms zur Steigerung der Profitabilität können diese Effekte nicht vollständig kompensieren. Der Halbjahresbericht für den Zeitraum Januar bis Juni 2024 wird am 14. August 2024 veröffentlicht.
