GBK Beteiligungen AG: Dividendenausschüttung für das Geschäftsjahr 2024 Hannover, den 22. Mai 2025 – Die ordentliche Hauptversammlung der GBK Beteiligungen AG hat am 22. Mai 2025 auf Vorschlag der Verwaltung die Ausschüttung einer Dividende von 0,30 Euro pro Aktie aus dem Ergebnis des Geschäftsjahres 2024 beschlossen. Der Gesamtbetrag der Ausschüttung beläuft sich demnach auf 2.025.000,00 Euro.
