EQS-Ad-hoc: Deutsche Börse AG / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Im Rahmen der unter der Strategie Horizon 2026 weiterentwickelten Grundsätze zur Kapitalallokation hat der Vorstand der Deutsche Börse AG mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, im Jahr 2025 erneut ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm mit einem Volumen von 500 Mio. € (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) aufzulegen. Gemäß den Grundsätzen der Kapitalallokation und angesichts des deutlichen Liquiditätsüberschusses ergänzt der Aktienrückkauf die vorgesehene Dividendenausschüttung.
Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung der Deutsche Börse AG zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien vom 14. Mai 2024. Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgt im Einklang mit den Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Artikels 5 der EU-Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014).
