EQS-Ad-hoc: Deutsche Börse AG / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf Im Rahmen der Strategie „Leading the Transformation“ hat der Vorstand der Deutsche Börse AG beschlossen, seine Grundsätze zur Kapitalallokation weiterzuentwickeln. Künftig beabsichtigt das Unternehmen die Dividendenausschüttung durch regelmäßige jährliche Aktienrückkäufe zu ergänzen. Das Volumen und der Zeitpunkt der Aktienrückkäufe werden jährlich festgelegt, wobei das Volumen von der erwarteten Höhe der überschüssigen Liquidität abhängt. Die Weiterentwicklung spiegelt die weiterhin starken Wachstumsaussichten des Unternehmens und den erwarteten Anstieg der Skalierbarkeit wider.
Vor diesem Hintergrund hat der Vorstand beschlossen, im Jahr 2026 ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm in Höhe von 500 Mio. € (ohne Nebenkosten) durchzuführen. Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung der Deutsche Börse AG zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien vom 14. Mai 2024. Der Aktienrückkauf erfolgt im Einklang mit den Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Artikels 5 der EU-Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014). Die zurückgekauften Aktien sollen eingezogen werden.
