EQS-Ad-hoc: GFT Technologies SE / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf GFT Technologies SE beschließt öffentlichen Aktienrückkauf Stuttgart, 27. März 2025: Der Verwaltungsrat der GFT Technologies SE (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005800601) hat heute beschlossen, eigene Aktien im Wert von bis zu 15 Mio. Euro (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) über die Börse zu erwerben. Auf Basis des Xetra-Schlusskurses am 26. März 2025 (22,95 Euro) entspricht dies bis zu 653.594 Aktien bzw. bis zu 2,48 Prozent des Grundkapitals. Der Aktienrückkauf soll im Einklang mit den Safe-Harbour-Regelungen des Artikels 5 der EU-Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014) durchgeführt werden. Grundlage ist die von der Hauptversammlung am 24. Juni 2020 erteilte Ermächtigung zum Erwerb von bis zu 10 Prozent der eigenen Aktien. Die Einladung zur Hauptversammlung am 5. Juni 2025 wird einen Beschlussvorschlag zur Erneuerung der Ermächtigung zum Aktienrückkauf beinhalten. Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm soll im April 2025 beginnen und vorbehaltlich des Erneuerungsbeschlusses durch die Hauptversammlung am 5. Juni 2025 spätestens am 14. Oktober 2025 enden.
