EQS-Ad-hoc: Fresenius Medical Care AG / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalmaßnahmen / Aktienrückkäufe Bad Homburg, 26. Mai 2026 – Die Fresenius Medical Care AG („Gesellschaft“) hat beschlossen, ein weiteres Aktienrückkaufprogramm mit einem Volumen von rund EUR 1 Milliarde (ohne Erwerbsnebenkosten) in Tranchen innerhalb von 12 Monaten ab dem Start des Programms durchzuführen.
Es ist geplant, das Aktienrückkaufprogramm in Tranchen kurzfristig zu beginnen. Die Aktien sollen über die Börse erworben und vornehmlich eingezogen werden und können in erheblich geringerem Umfang für Zuteilungen im Rahmen von leistungsorientierten Vergütungsplänen verwendet werden.
