EQS-Ad-hoc: FORTEC Elektronik Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges FORTEC Elektronik AG: Verschiebung der Veröffentlichung des Konzernabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 Die Gesellschaft hatte angekündigt, den Konzern-Jahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 am 30.10.2025 zu veröffentlichen. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 wurde vom Abschlussprüfer geprüft und am 30.09.2025 mit einem uneingeschränkten Bestätigungsvermerk versehen und in der Aufsichtsratssitzung vom 30.09.2025 festgestellt. In der Aufsichtsratssitzung vom 30.09.2025 hat der Abschlussprüfer zum Konzernabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 mitgeteilt, dass dessen Prüfung noch nicht abgeschlossen werden konnte. Hintergrund war ein noch abschließend zu klärender Sachverhalt in einer ausländischen Tochtergesellschaft. Dieser Sachverhalt steht auch im Zusammenhang mit der am 06.10.2025 bekannt gegebenen Personalveränderung (siehe Ad hoc-Meldung von 06.10.2025). Die Prüfung des Konzernabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 konnte bis zum heutigen Tag noch nicht abgeschlossen werden. Das angekündigte Datum der Veröffentlichung des Konzernabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 am heutigen Tag kann daher nicht eingehalten werden. Die Gesellschaft wird schnellstmöglich bekannt geben, wann die Veröffentlichung des Konzernabschlusses für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 erfolgen wird. Der Jahresabschluss für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 wird wie geplant heute veröffentlicht.
