Die FORTEC Elektronik AG gibt die Übernahme der Nottrot B.V., einem Hersteller für Monitore für den maritimen, militärischen und industriellen Einsatz mit Sitz in den Niederlanden, bekannt. Mit diesem Schritt stärkt FORTEC seine strategische Marktposition im mitteleuropäischen Raum, ermöglicht den Eintritt in den maritimen Markt im Segment Datenvisualisierung und erweitert zugleich die technologische Basis und die vertikale Wertschöpfung in zukunftsrelevanten Applikationen. Der Kaufpreis liegt im einstelligen Millionenbereich und wird aus bestehenden liquiden Mitteln finanziert. Der Kaufvertrag wurde heute unterschrieben. Die 2000 gegründete Nottrot B.V. mit Sitz in Oosterhout, North-Brabant, beschäftigt derzeit rund 8 Mitarbeitende. Im vergangenen Geschäftsjahr (01.01. - 31.12.2024) erwirtschaftete die Gesellschaft einen Umsatz von rund 3,2 Mio. EUR und ein operatives Ergebnis (EBIT) von rund 0,8 Mio. EUR.
