EQS-Ad-hoc: ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA / Key word(s): Change in Forecast ABO Energy GmbH & Co KGaA is expected to close the 2024 financial year with a group net profit of more than EUR 25 million. On 24 November 2024, the company announced in an ad hoc announcement that, according to current planning, a net profit for the year in a range between EUR 20 and 25 million was to be expected. The previous forecast ranged from 25 to 31 million euros and had to be corrected. Following a coordination meeting with the auditor in the afternoon, the company's Head of Controlling informed the management today that the most recently communicated range will probably be exceeded. Most of the issues relating to the ongoing audit have now been dealt with. It is therefore highly likely that the net profit for the year will exceed 25 million euros. A result of 25.6 million euros is currently emerging. However, this figure is not yet final. The plan is to publish the 2024 business figures on 31 March.
