EQS-Ad-hoc: ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Prognoseänderung/Vorläufiges Ergebnis Die Geschäftsführung der ABO Energy GmbH & Co. KGaA („Gesellschaft“) hat heute entschieden, dass die Jahresprognose 2025 anzupassen ist. Bislang hatte die Gesellschaft für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 einen Konzernjahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von rund 95 Millionen Euro und eine Konzerngesamtleistung in Höhe von rund 250 Millionen Euro prognostiziert. Nach derzeitiger Einschätzung der Geschäftsführung wird die Gesellschaft die Kennzahlen nicht erreichen. Nach vorläufigen Zahlen geht die Geschäftsführung für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 nunmehr von einem Konzernjahresfehlbetrag in Höhe von rund 170 Millionen Euro aus. Die Konzerngesamtleistung wird voraussichtlich rund 230 Millionen Euro betragen. Die Korrektur resultiert im Umfang von rund 40 Millionen Euro aus Verschiebungen und im Umfang von rund 35 Millionen Euro aus Wertberichtigungen aufgrund von aktuellen Marktveränderungen in Deutschland und international. Zu den Verschiebungen zählen bislang für das Geschäftsjahr 2025 eingeplante Rechteverkäufe von Wind- und Batterieprojekten in Deutschland. Gegenüber vorherigen Planungen verzögert haben sich zudem Abrechnungen von erbrachten Entwicklungsleistungen sowie die Abnahme von eingeplanten Bauleistungen. Die Geschäftsführung ist weiterhin überzeugt vom Erfolg des begonnenen Effizienz- und Transformationsprogramm.
