Roland Götz verlässt den Vorstand der LS telcom AG
Lichtenau,15. Januar 2026 – Roland Götz, Mitglied des Vorstands der LS telcom AG, hat den Aufsichtsrat darüber informiert, dass er seinen Vorstandsvertrag mit Laufzeit bis zum 30.09.2026 auf eigenen Wunsch nicht verlängern und aus dem Vorstand der LS telcom AG ausscheiden wird. Seine Aufgaben wird Roland Götz bis zum Ende der Amtszeit unverändert mit vollem Engagement wahrnehmen. Nach 26 Jahren Tätigkeit als Vorstandsmitglied (Chief Operating Officer) in der LS telcom Gruppe und 32 Jahren Zugehörigkeit zum Unternehmen möchte Roland Götz in Zukunft mehr Zeit mit seiner Familie verbringen. Roland Götz wird nach Ausscheiden aus dem Vorstand der Gesellschaft in beratender Funktion zur Seite stehen um einen geordneten Übergang und Kontinuität zu unterstützen. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Roland Götz für seinen langjährigen, weit über das Erwartbare hinaus gehenden Einsatz und wünscht ihm für seine persönliche Zukunft viel Erfolg und alles Gute. Er hat in den letzten 26 Jahren die erfolgreiche Entwicklung der Gesellschaft entscheidend mitgeprägt. Um eine geeignete Nachfolge rechtzeitig sicherzustellen, startet der Aufsichtsrat zeitnah den Prozess zur Neubesetzung des Vorstandspostens.
