EQS-Ad-hoc: LS telcom AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalentscheidungen / Vorstand LS telcom AG: Aufsichtsrat bestellt Herrn Walter Denk zum Mitglied des Vorstands und bereitet geordneten Übergang im Vorstandsvorsitz vor Lichtenau, 02.06.2026 – Der Aufsichtsrat der LS telcom AG mit Sitz in Lichtenau (WKN 575440) hat heute beschlossen, Herrn Walter Denk mit Wirkung zum 08.06.2026 zum weiteren Mitglied des Vorstands der LS telcom AG zu bestellen. Die Bestellung erfolgt für eine Dauer von drei Jahren. Herr Denk soll nach einer planmäßigen Einarbeitungs- und Übergangsphase von 12 Monaten im Juni 2027 zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) der LS telcom AG ernannt werden. Zudem hat der Aufsichtsrat heute beschlossen, die Amtszeit von Herrn Dr. Georg Schöne – derzeitiger Vorstandsvorsitzender (CEO) der LS telcom AG – bis zum Ablauf des 30.09.2028 zu verlängern. Herr Dr. Georg Schöne soll den Vorstandsvorsitz im Juni 2027 an Herrn Denk übergeben und bis zum Ablauf des 30.09.2028 als Mitglied des Vorstands zur Verfügung stehen. Damit stellt der Aufsichtsrat frühzeitig einen geordneten und reibungslosen Übergang sowie die Nachfolge im Vorstand sicher. Bis zum planmäßigen Ausscheiden von Herrn Roland Götz, COO der LS telcom AG, aus dem Vorstand zum 30.09.2026 erhöht sich die Zahl der Vorstandsmitglieder vorübergehend von zwei auf drei Mitglieder.
