Lichtenau, 19.08.2025 – Der Vorstand der LS telcom AG passt die am 06.12.2024 veröffentlichte Prognose für das laufende Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 an. Der Vorstand geht davon aus, dass sich die Prognose, einen Umsatz in der Spanne von EUR 41,0 Mio. bis 46,0 Mio. sowie ein Konzern-Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) in einer Spanne von TEUR 800 bis EUR 1,9 Mio. zu erzielen, nicht mehr erreichen lässt. Nach seiner gegenwärtigen Einschätzung erwartet der Vorstand der LS telcom AG nunmehr einen Konzern-Umsatz im Korridor von EUR 35,5 Mio. bis EUR 38,5 Mio. und ein Konzern-Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) in der Spanne von TEUR -950 bis EUR 1,1 Mio. Die Anpassung der Prognose ist im Wesentlichen auf Verzögerungen bei zwei großen Projekten zurückzuführen. Dabei wurden für ein Projekt die notwendigen Budgetfreigaben noch nicht erteilt. Beim zweiten Projekt liegen die Ursachen der Verzögerungen in geopolitischen Herausforderungen. Dadurch lassen sich die Projekte entgegen den ursprünglichen Planungen nicht mehr im Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 realisieren. Aus heutiger Sicht rechnet der Vorstand damit, dass die Ursachen für die Projektverzögerungen beseitigt werden können. Entsprechend erwartet der Vorstand den Start der Projekte im Geschäftsjahr 2025/2026.
