Elmos Semiconductor SE begrüßt 14 neue Auszubildende und dual Studierende am Standort Dortmund Leverkusen, 5. August 2026: Die Elmos Semiconductor SE, ein führender Hersteller von automobilen Mixed-Signal-Halbleitern, begrüßt auch in diesem Jahr neue Auszubildende und dual Studierende am Unternehmensstandort in Dortmund. Zum Ausbildungsstart 2026 beginnen insgesamt 14 Auszubildende und dual Studierende ihre Ausbildung oder ihr Studium bei Elmos. Sie starten in technischen und kaufmännischen Ausbildungsberufen sowie in praxisintegrierenden, praxisbegleitenden und dualen Studiengängen. Damit sind derzeit insgesamt 31 Nachwuchskräfte bei Elmos in verschiedenen Ausbildungsberufen und Studiengängen tätig. Alle Auszubildenden und dual Studierenden durchlaufen bei Elmos eine strukturierte, abwechslungsreiche und praxisnahe Ausbildung. Neben der fachlichen Qualifikation steht auch die persönliche Entwicklung im Fokus. Das ganzheitliche Programm „Inner Engineering“ stärkt persönliche, soziale und sprachliche Kompetenzen. So lernen die Teilnehmenden in verschiedenen Workshops und mit gemeinsamen Aktivitäten, ihren eigenen Weg selbstbewusst zu gestalten.
