Der Vorstand der Eisen- und Hüttenwerke Aktiengesellschaft plant, der Hauptversammlung eine Dividende in Höhe von 5,25 Euro je Stückaktie für das Geschäftsjahr 2024/2025 vorzuschlagen. Für das Geschäftsjahr 2023/2024 hatte die Gesellschaft eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,50 Euro je Stückaktie ausgeschüttet. Der geplante Dividendenvorschlag wird durch den Verkaufserlös aus dem am 18. Oktober 2024 ad hoc mitgeteilten Verkauf der thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel India Pvt Ltd., Nashik, Indien, und dessen Auswirkungen auf die Ausgleichszahlung der thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG an die EHW AG aus dem zwischen der thyssenkrupp Steel Europe AG und der thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH bestehenden Beherrschungs- und Gewinnabführungsvertrag ermöglicht. Der Aufsichtsrat wird seine Entscheidung zum Gewinnverwendungsvorschlag an die Hauptversammlung in seiner ordentlichen Sitzung zum Jahresabschluss der Gesellschaft treffen. Die Dividendenzahlung steht unter dem Vorbehalt einer entsprechenden Beschlussfassung der Hauptversammlung.
