Am 08.07.2025 haben wir berichtet, dass die MedNation AG ihre seit 2019 nicht mehr als Rehaklinik betriebene Klinikimmobilie nebst Grundstück in Marmagen verkauft hat. Der Kaufpreis war gestaffelt in
Die Bedingungen für die 2. Kaufpreiszahlung sind nunmehr erfüllt, so dass der gesamte Kaufpreis von 1,5 Mio. € der Gesellschaft zufließen wird. Die Gesellschaft wird den Mittelzufluss nutzen, um die Liquidität der Gesellschaft zu stärken und in aussichtsreiche Geschäftsfelder zu investieren. Die vom Vorstand auf der diesjährigen ordentlichen Hauptversammlung vorgestellte Strategie für die kommenden Jahre wurde von den anwesenden Aktionären einhellig unterstützt. Der Halbjahresbericht der Gesellschaft wird am 30.09.2025 veröffentlicht werden und die positive Entwicklung, die im Rahmen der Prognose liegt, bestätigen. Der Verkaufserlös für die Klinikimmobilie in Marmagen wird ausschließlich das Ergebnis des 2. Halbjahres betreffen. Die MedNation AG betreibt derzeit drei Einrichtungen zur ambulanten und stationären medizinischen Rehabilitation, sowie seit 2025 auch eine Einrichtung zur Frühförderung von Kindern mit Entwicklungsdefiziten. Die MedNation AG plant, die Frühförderung weiter auszubauen. Im Weiteren wird sie sich verstärkt in aussichtsreichen Geschäftsmodellen in einem sich stark wandelnden Marktumfeld engagieren.
