Die MedNation AG hat ihre seit 2019 nicht mehr als Rehaklinik betriebene Klinik-immobilie nebst Grundstück in Marmagen verkauft. Die MedNation AG wird auch nach erfolgter Sanierung des Gebäudes den Standort nicht wieder betreiben. Der Käufer beabsichtigt, dort eine altersmedizinische Einrichtung zu errichten. Die Klinikimmobilie wurde nach ihrer Schließung zunächst als Impfzentrum des Kreises Euskirchen genutzt, später als Flüchtlingsunterkunft durch die Bezirksregierung Köln. Die Mietverträge endeten per Ende April 2025. Eine weitergehende Vermietung war nicht möglich. Bisherige Mieterträge entfallen; dem gegenüber steht ein einmaliger außerordentlicher Ertrag, da die Immobilie mit einem Wertansatz von 1 € in der Bilanz der MedNation AG steht. Die MedNation AG betreibt drei Einrichtungen zur ambulanten und stationären medizinischen Rehabilitation, sowie seit 2025 auch eine Einrichtung zur Frühförderung von Kindern mit Entwicklungsdefiziten. Die MedNation AG plant, diese Aktivität weiter auszubauen. Im Weiteren wird sie sich verstärkt in aussichtsreichen Geschäftsmodellen in einem sich stark wandelnden Marktumfeld engagieren.
