Augsburg, 29. Oktober 2025 – Die Dierig Holding AG (WKN: 558000 / ISIN: DE0005580005) gibt heute bekannt, dass sie ihre Konzernergebnis-Prognose voraussichtlich nicht erreichen wird. Das Konzernergebnis wird auf Grund des Textilsegments und hier im Wesentlichen auf Grund der Sondereffekte aus einem Lagerumzug sowie einer hiermit im Zusammenhang stehenden Systemumstellung circa ein Viertel bis ein Drittel unter dem Vorjahr liegen; das Konzernergebnis (Ergebnis vor Ertragsteuern) im Vorjahr betrug €4,4 Mio.
