EQS-Adhoc: UmweltBank Aktiengesellschaft: Beendigung der Tätigkeit des Sonderbeauftragten der BaFin

EQS-Ad-hoc: UmweltBank Aktiengesellschaft / Schlagwort(e): Sonstiges Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hatte am 26. Februar 2024 die Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft PwC damit beauftragt, als Sonderbeauftragter gemäß § 45c KWG die Abarbeitung festgestellter aufsichtsrechtlicher Defizite bei der UmweltBank AG, Nürnberg, zu überwachen. Die BaFin hat heute mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung des Sonderbeauftragten zum 14. Juli 2025 planmäßig auslaufen wird. Davon unberührt bleiben die aufsichtlichen Kapitalanforderungen an das Institut, die unverändert bestehen bleiben.
