KGaA ein weiterhin dynamisches Wachstum in allen Geschäftsfeldern. Das sehr starke 4. Quartal 2024 sorgte dafür, dass der Konzern bei Umsatz und Ergebnis neue Rekordwerte erreicht. Der Konzernumsatz stieg im Geschäftsjahr 2024 im Vergleich zum Vorjahr (2,359 Milliarden Euro) um 19,1 Prozent auf 2,809 Milliarden Euro. Das kraftvolle Wachstum wurde sowohl vom Ticketing als auch vom Live Entertainment Segment getrieben. Das Adjusted Konzern-EBITDA 2024 beträgt 542,2 Millionen Euro, nach 444,8 Millionen Euro in der Vergleichsperiode des Vorjahres. Ein deutliches Plus von 21,9 Prozent. 2024 erreichten die Umsatzerlöse im Segment Ticketing 879,9 Millionen Euro (VJ: 717,3 Millionen Euro) und stiegen damit um 22,7 Prozent. Das Adjusted EBITDA beträgt 416,5 Millionen Euro (VJ: 343,9 Millionen Euro). Dies entspricht einem deutlichen Zuwachs von 21,1 Prozent. Die Erlöse im Segment Live Entertainment kletterten im Geschäftsjahr 2024 auf 1,971 Milliarden Euro (VJ: 1,677 Milliarden Euro), ein Plus von 17,6 Prozent. Das Adjusted EBITDA beträgt 125,6 Millionen Euro (VJ: 101,0 Millionen Euro) und verzeichnet mit 24,4 Prozent ein ebenfalls deutliches Wachstum. Der vollständige Geschäftsbericht wird am 27. März 2025 veröffentlicht und steht ab diesem Zeitpunkt unter corporate.eventim.de zur Verfügung.
