In Reaktion auf aktuelle Medienberichterstattung erklärt die Continental AG, dass sie sich kurz vor Abschluss eines Vertrags zur Veräußerung des Unternehmensbereichs ContiTech an Lone Star Funds befindet.
Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der Continental AG haben dem Abschluss eines Kaufvertrages auf Basis einer Unternehmensbewertung von 4 Milliarden Euro zuzüglich möglicher erfolgsabhängiger Komponenten in Höhe von bis zu 250 Millionen Euro in den Folgejahren zugestimmt.
