Dezember 2023 - Der Aufsichtsrat hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung Herrn Klaus Weinmann mit sofortiger Wirkung zum neuen Aufsichtsratsvorsitzenden gewählt. Der bisherige Vorsitzende, Herr Stefan Kober, hatte dem Gremium zuvor heute mitgeteilt, aus persönlichen Gründen den Vorsitz kurzfristig abgeben zu wollen. Herr Kober, seit Juni 2019 Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der CANCOM SE, gehört dem Kontrollgremium weiterhin als stellvertretender Vorsitzender an. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat danken Herrn Kober für seine langjährige und sehr erfolgreiche Tätigkeit für den CANCOM Konzern als Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats und die ausgezeichnete Zusammenarbeit.
