Einstufung von BankM AG zu ÖKOWORLD AG
Hohe Profitabilität in schwierigem Umfeld – Innovationen sollen Trendumkehr bringen Die ÖKOWORLD AG (ISIN DE0005408686, Open Market, VVV3 GY) bewegt sich, als dunkelgrüner Asset-Manager, in einem anspruchsvollen Umfeld (u.a. Trend zu passiven Investments, diverse Konfliktherde). Die Assets under Management (AuM) sanken auf € 2,36 Mrd. (Stand: 31.12.2025). Trotz des dadurch bedingten Umsatzrückgangs auf € 51,3 Mio. (2024: € 62,2 Mio.), konnte die EBIT-Marge mit 44,2% (Vj: 50%) auf hohem Niveau verteidigt werden. Mit freien liquiden Mitteln i.H.v. € 123,7 Mio. kann die Gesellschaft strategische Weichenstellungen („Unternehmensstrategie 2030“) vornehmen und gleichzeitig eine sehr aktionärsfreundliche Ausschüttungspolitik fortsetzen. Vorgeschlagen wird der HV eine Dividende von € 1,97 (Vz.), was einer attraktiven Dividendenrendite von rd. 7% entspricht. Die Gleichgewichtung unserer aktualisierten DCF- und Peer Group-Analyse resultiert in einem Fairen Wert von € 39,15. Wir stufen die Aktie weiterhin mit „Kaufen“ ein.
