CENTROTEC SE Bekanntmachung entsprechend Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. b) und Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 (MAR) i.V.m. Art. 2 Abs. 2 und Abs. 3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) Nr.2016/1052 // Aktienrückkauf – ZWISCHENMELDUNG Die CENTROTEC SE hat im Zeitraum vom 14. Juli 2025 bis einschließlich 18. Juli 2025 insgesamt 848 eigene Aktien im Rahmen des laufenden Aktienrückkaufprogramms erworben. Mit Bekanntmachung vom 2. Dezember 2024 entsprechend Art. 2 Abs. 1 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) Nr.2016/1052 wurde der Beginn des Rückerwerbs eigener Aktien im Rahmen des laufenden Aktienrückkaufprogramms auf den 4. Dezember 2024 festgelegt. Dabei wurden Aktien – ausschließlich im Freiverkehr der Hanseatischen Wertpapierbörse Hamburg – wie folgt erworben:
Somit beläuft sich das Gesamtvolumen der bislang im Rahmen des Aktienrückkaufprogramms seit dem 4. Dezember 2024 durch die CENTROTEC SE zurückerworbenen Aktien auf 88.145 Stück. Weitere Informationen entsprechend Art. 5 Abs. 1 lit. b) und Abs. 3 der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 596/2014 i.V.m. Art. 2 Abs. 2 und Abs. 3 der Delegierten Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2016/1052 sind im Internet auf der Website der Emittentin unter https://www.centrotec.com/ir abrufbar. Der Erwerb der eigenen Aktien erfolgte durch ein von der CETROTEC SE beauftragtes Wertpapierdienstleistungsunternehmen ausschließlich über den Freiverkehr an der Hanseatischen Wertpapierbörse Hamburg.
