GJ 2025/26 – Umsatzerwartung erfüllt, Auftragsbestand erreicht Rekordwert Die CEOTRONICS AG (ISIN DE0005407407, Basic Board, CEK GY) hat mit dem vorläufigen 2025/26er Umsatz (€ 56,3 Mio.; +0,9%) unsere Umsatzerwartung leicht übertroffen und die eigene Umsatzprognose eingehalten. Sehr positiv sehen wir die Rekorde bei Auftragseingang und Auftragsbestand: Der Auftragsbestand zum 31.5.2026 (Geschäftsjahresende) lag bei € 78,3 Mio. (+30,3%), der Auftragseingang lag mit € 74,6 Mio. sogar 66,2% über dem Vorjahreswert. Das strukturelle Wachstum der CEOTRONICS bleibt intakt – mit einem KGV von rd. 15 (2025/26e) ist CEOTRONICS im Vergleich mit Aktien aus unserer Peer Group weiterhin günstig. Wir bestätigen unser Rating mit „Kaufen“. Die Gleichgewichtung unserer aktualisierten DCF- und Peer Group-Analyse resultiert in einem Fairen Wert von € 16,00.
