EQS-Ad-hoc: CeoTronics AG Audio . Video . Data Communication / Schlagwort(e): Kapitalerhöhung Rödermark, den 24.Oktober 2023 – Der Vorstand der CeoTronics Aktiengesellschaft Audio • Video • Data Communication (ISIN DE0005407407) hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, das Grundkapital unter teilweiser Ausnutzung des genehmigten Kapitals und unter Ausschluss des Bezugsrechts der Aktionäre durch die Ausgabe von bis zu 659.006 neuen Aktien zu erhöhen. Die Gesamtzahl der auszugebenden neuen Aktien wird erst zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt festgelegt werden. Die bis zu 659.006 neuen auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien werden institutionellen Anlegern zu einem Platzierungspreis von € 3,58 angeboten. Der Erlös aus der Kapitalerhöhung wird insbesondere der Finanzierung des weiteren Wachstums dienen und soll neben der Gewinnung weiterer Investoren eine Erhöhung des Free Float bewirken.
