EQS-Ad-hoc: CENIT AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalentscheidungen / Vorstand Stuttgart, 14. April 2026 – Herr Peter Schneck, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) der CENIT AG, hat sein Mandat als Vorstandsvorsitzender der CENIT AG im Einvernehmen mit dem Aufsichtsrat zum Ablauf des 30. April 2026 niedergelegt. Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Herrn Peter Schneck für seine erfolgreiche Tätigkeit sowie für seinen maßgeblichen Beitrag zur Entwicklung und zur internationalen Positionierung der CENIT Gruppe, und wünscht für die Zukunft alles Gute. Der Aufsichtsrat der CENIT AG hat Dipl.-Ing. Martin Thiel, bislang Chief Operating Officer (COO) der CENIT Gruppe, mit Wirkung zum 1. Mai 2026 als Vorstand und CEO berufen. Er verfügt über eine langjährige und tiefgehende Kenntnis des Unternehmens und hat die Geschäftsentwicklung der CENIT in unterschiedlichen Führungsfunktionen entscheidend geprägt. In seiner bisherigen Funktion als COO der CENIT Gruppe hat Martin Thiel zuletzt in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzvorstand (CFO) Dr. Johannes Fues die Transformation und damit die strategische und operative Neuausrichtung der CENIT Gruppe eingeleitet. Der Aufsichtsrat ist überzeugt, dass mit Martin Thiel im Vorstand die inhaltliche Kontinuität gegenüber Kunden, Mitarbeitern und Partnern gesichert ist. Gleichzeitig wird der klare Fokus auf operative Exzellenz und Profitabilität die nachhaltige Ergebnisentwicklung der CENIT Gruppe weiter stärken.
