EQS-Ad-hoc: CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Führungswechsel bei CEWE Oldenburg, 26. Februar 2025. Das Kuratorium der Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung beschlossen, dass der Vertrag der Vorstandsvorsitzenden Yvonne Rostock turnusmäßig auslaufen wird. Frau Rostock wird ihr Amt als Vorstandsvorsitzende zum 1. Mai 2025 an das Vorstandsmitglied Herrn Thomas Mehls übergeben. Als persönlich haftende Gesellschafterin führt die Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung die Geschäfte der börsennotierten CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE0005403901). Zum gleichen Zeitpunkt wird das Vorstandsmitglied Herr Patrick Berkhouwer vom Kuratorium der Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung zum Stellvertretenden Vorstandsvorsitzenden der Neumüller CEWE COLOR Stiftung ernannt. Mit der Neustrukturierung des Vorstandes wird gleichzeitig das Gremium von sechs auf fünf Personen verkleinert. Weiterhin gab das Kuratorium bekannt, dass Frau Sirka Hintze zum 1. Juni 2025 den Vorstand verstärken wird – zunächst ohne Ressort, ab 15. August dann als Finanzvorständin, um – wie geplant und bereits angekündigt – den CFO Herrn Dr. Olaf Holzkämper in dieser Funktion abzulösen.
