EQS-Ad-hoc: CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA / Schlagwort(e): Aktienrückkauf CEWE beschließt Aktienrückkauf Oldenburg, 25. August 2025. Der Vorstand der CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA (SDAX, ISIN: DE 0005403901) hat heute beschlossen, im Zeitraum vom 26. August 2025 bis zum 17. April 2026 bis zu 250.000 eigene Aktien im Volumen von bis zu 20 Mio. Euro über die Börse zurückzukaufen. Dies entspricht einem Anteil von rund 3,3 Prozent des Grundkapitals der Gesellschaft. Der Rückkauf basiert auf der Ermächtigung der Hauptversammlung vom 15. Juni 2022, eigene Aktien von insgesamt bis zu 10 Prozent des Grundkapitals zu erwerben. Die auf diesem Wege erworbenen eigenen Aktien der Gesellschaft sollen für die nach der Ermächtigung durch die Hauptversammlung vom 15. Juni 2022 zulässigen Zwecke verwendet werden.
