Veränderungen im Aufsichtsrat der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG Hamburg, 25. Juni 2025 – Die Amtszeit von Herrn Dr. Friedhelm Steinberg als Mitglied und Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrats der Bijou Brigitte modische Accessoires AG endete mit Ablauf der Hauptversammlung am 24. Juni 2025. Wir danken Herrn Dr. Steinberg für die langjährige vertrauensvolle und erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit und wünschen ihm für die Zukunft alles Gute. Die gestrige Hauptversammlung ist dem Vorschlag des Aufsichtsrats gefolgt und hat Frau Marianne Tochtermann in den Aufsichtsrat gewählt. Im Anschluss an die Hauptversammlung wählte der Aufsichtsrat in seiner konstituierenden Sitzung am 24. Juni 2025 Frau Tochtermann einstimmig zur Vorsitzenden des Aufsichtsrats.
