Das Amtsgericht Kaiserslautern hat Herrn Holger Schmidt mit Wirkung zum 9. Februar 2026 zum Mitglied des Aufsichtsrats der MOBOTIX AG bestellt. Herr Holger Schmidt ist Managing Partner der CERTINA Group und verantwortlich für die Bereiche Consumer Goods & Services. Er hat seinen Dienst- und Wohnsitz in München und bringt mehr als 25 Jahre Management- und Restrukturierungserfahrung mit. Herr Tobias Meier hatte mit Wirkung zum 22. Dezember 2025 sein Aufsichtsratsmandat niedergelegt. Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat bedanken sich bei Herrn Tobias Meier für sein Engagement und wünschen Herrn Holger Schmidt für seine Tätigkeit im Aufsichtsrat viel Erfolg.
