EQS-Ad-hoc: MOBOTIX AG / Schlagwort(e): Rechtssache Langmeil, den 30. Oktober 2025 – Die MOBOTIX AG gibt bekannt, dass das Amtsgericht in Kaiserslautern die Lampe und Kollegen AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft als neuen Abschlussprüfer und Konzernabschlussprüfer für das zum 30. September 2025 endende Geschäftsjahr bestellt hat. Die Bestellung wurde erforderlich, nachdem die ursprünglich von der Hauptversammlung am 2. Mai 2025 gewählte Grant Thornton AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft mitgeteilt hat, den Prüfungsauftrag nicht anzunehmen. Gründe wurden keine genannt. Die gerichtliche Bestellung stellt den ursprünglichen Zeitplan der Abschlussprüfung sowie die Durchführung der Hauptversammlung sicher.
