Winnweiler, 18. August 2026 – Der Finanz- und Operationsvorstand (CFO/COO) der MOBOTIX AG, Herr Klaus Kiener, wird das Unternehmen im besten Einvernehmen zum 30. September 2026 verlassen. Die bisherige Leiterin Finanzen des Unternehmens Frau Madeleine Kraus wird zum 1. Oktober 2026 in den Vorstand berufen und übernimmt das CFO-Ressort.
Der Aufsichtsrat dankt Klaus Kiener ausdrücklich für seinen langjährigen, unermüdlichen Einsatz: „Er hat die MOBOTIX AG seit 2016 durch wichtige Transformations- und Restrukturierungsphasen geführt. Für seine berufliche und private Zukunft wünschen wir ihm alles Gute.“ Der Aufsichtsrat freut sich, diese Schlüsselposition intern mit Madeleine Kraus besetzen zu können: „Die jetzige Leiterin Finanzen hat in den vergangenen Jahren maßgeblich zum Erfolg unseres Finanzressorts beigetragen.
