April 2025 – Die BRAIN Biotech AG (ISIN DE0005203947; „BRAIN“ oder „Gesellschaft“) gibt heute vorläufige Zahlen für das zweite Quartal des Geschäftsjahres 2024/25 mit einem Q2 Umsatz von 12,12 Millionen Euro und einem bereinigten EBITDA von negativen 0,36 Millionen Euro bekannt. Die Veröffentlichung des Halbjahresberichts zum 31. März 2025 (6M) und die Analystenkonferenz finden wie geplant am 28. Mai 2025 statt. Aufgrund des eingetrübten allgemeinen wirtschaftlichen Umfelds und starker Währungsschwankungen im US-Dollar prognostiziert die Gesellschaft nun für das gesamte Geschäftsjahr 2024/25 einen Umsatz im Kernsegment BRAINBiocatalysts um das Niveau des Vorjahres und damit unterhalb der ursprünglichen Prognose. Die Prognose für die bereinigte EBITDA-Marge in diesem Segment sowie die Prognose für das Segment BRAINBioIncubator bleiben unverändert.
