Der Vorstand der Beiersdorf Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, hat heute mit Zustimmung des Aufsichtsrats beschlossen, auch im Jahr 2025 Aktien der Gesellschaft im Umfang von bis zu 500 Mio. Euro zurückzuerwerben. Bereits im Jahr 2024 hatte die Gesellschaft erfolgreich ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm abgeschlossen.
Das Aktienrückkaufprogramm soll voraussichtlich nach der Hauptversammlung 2025 beginnen und bis Jahresende 2025 abgeschlossen werden. Weitere Einzelheiten zum Aktienrückkaufprogramm wird die Gesellschaft im Einklang mit den gesetzlichen Bestimmungen vor Beginn des Aktienrückkaufprogramms bekanntgeben. Von der Gesellschaft gehaltene eigene Aktien werden in einem Umfang eingezogen, wie dies zur Durchführung des Aktienrückkaufprogramms erforderlich ist.
