Ludwig Beck am Rathauseck – Textilhaus Feldmeier Aktiengesellschaft: Veränderung der Aktionärsstruktur München, 29.05.2026 – Die Ludwig Beck AG wurde heute darüber informiert, dass der Vorstandsvorsitzende der Gesellschaft, Herr Christian Greiner, und auch die Aktionärin INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH ihre Beteiligungen an der Ludwig Beck AG heute an Herrn Alfons Doblinger verkauft und übertragen haben. Verkauf und Übertragung der Beteiligungen stehen unter der aufschiebenden Bedingung der Kartellfreigabe. Herr Christian Greiner war bislang unmittelbar und über die von ihm gehaltene Christian Rudolf Greiner Verwaltungs GmbH mit insgesamt rd. 26,3 % am Grundkapital der Gesellschaft beteiligt und die INTRO-Verwaltungs GmbH bislang mit rd. 25,2 %. Durch den Erwerb wird Herr Alfons Doblinger Mehrheitsaktionär der Gesellschaft und hält nach Kartellfreigabe unmittelbar und mittelbar insgesamt rd. 77 % des Grundkapitals und der Stimmrechte an der Gesellschaft.
