EQS-Ad-hoc: BayWa AG / Schlagwort(e): Personalie Veränderungen im Vorstand der BayWa AG Der Aufsichtsrat der BayWa AG hat in seiner heutigen Sitzung am 27. Februar 2025 die Bestellung von Dr. Frank Hiller zum Vorstandsvorsitzenden (CEO) und von Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp zum Finanzvorstand (CFO) der BayWa AG beschlossen. Die Bestellungen erfolgen jeweils mit Wirkung zum 1. März 2025 und jeweils für eine Dauer von drei Jahren. Dr. Frank Hiller tritt damit die Nachfolge von Herrn Marcus Pöllinger an, der zum 31. Oktober 2024 aus dem Vorstand der BayWa AG ausgeschieden ist. Prof. Dr. Matthias J. Rapp übernimmt das Finanzressort vom bisherigen Finanzvorstand, Herrn Andreas Helber, der nach kurzer Übergabe am 31. März 2025 ausscheiden wird.
