EQS-Ad-hoc: BayWa AG / Schlagwort(e): Finanzierung/Anleihe BayWa AG: BayWa AG einigt sich auf Anpassung der Sanierungsvereinbarung Die BayWa AG hat sich auf Basis des aktualisierten Finanzierungskonzepts für die BayWa r.e. AG (vgl. Ad-hoc-Mitteilung vom 17. März 2025) mit den wesentlichen Finanzierungspartnern und den Großaktionären Bayerische Raiffeisen-Beteiligungs-AG und Raiffeisen Agrar Invest AG auf die erforderlichen Anpassungen der langfristigen Sanierungsvereinbarung für den Zeitraum bis 2028 verständigt. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die BayWa AG kurzfristig den Restrukturierungsplan im Rahmen des StaRUG-Verfahrens einreichen. Die bestehenden Standstill-Vereinbarungen wurden bis zum 30. Juni 2025 verlängert. Zur weiteren Liquiditätsschonung hat die Gesellschaft heute außerdem entschieden, von ihrem unter den Anleihebedingungen der Hybridanleihe (WKN: A351PD | ISIN: DE000A351PD9) ausdrücklich vorgesehenen Recht Gebrauch zu machen, die ursprünglich für den 5. Mai 2025 vorgesehene Zinszahlung aufzuschieben.
