EQS-Adhoc: Softing AG korrigiert Jahresprognose

EQS-Ad-hoc: Softing AG / Schlagwort(e): Prognoseänderung Der Vorstand der Softing AG ging bisher für das Jahr 2025 von der Erreichung eines Umsatzes zwischen 90 und 95 Mio. EUR, einem operativen EBIT von 3 bis 3,5 Mio. EUR sowie einem EBIT zwischen 0,5 und 1 Mio. EUR aus. Während der Juli 2025 mit einem sehr starken Umsatz und Ertrag sowie einem guten Auftragseingang noch auf eine starke Entwicklung im zweiten Halbjahr hingedeutet hat, lagen die Zahlen sowohl im August als auch im September unter den Erwartungen. Damit ist die Erreichung der ursprünglichen Planzahlen im verbleibenden Zeitraum des laufenden Jahres unsicher. In Abwägung von Chancen und Risiken beschließt der Vorstand daher, eine Prognosekorrektur. Der Vorstand rechnet nunmehr mit einem Umsatz zwischen 85 und 90 Mio.
