April 2026 – Die ATOSS Software SE gibt bekannt, dass Andreas Obereder, Founder & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), beabsichtigt, zum Jahreswechsel 2026/2027 in den Aufsichtsrat der Gesellschaft zu wechseln. Der Aufsichtsrat der ATOSS Software SE beabsichtigt, Pritim Kumar Krishnamoorthy, derzeit Chief Operating Officer (COO), mit Wirkung zum Jahreswechsel 2026/2027 zum Chief Executive Officer (CEO) zu bestellen. Der langfristig entwickelte Übergang soll bis zum vorgesehenen Zeitpunkt gemeinsam erfolgreich umgesetzt werden. Herr Krishnamoorthy ist seit dem Jahr 2020 für die Gesellschaft tätig und war in verschiedenen Führungsfunktionen unter anderem für wesentliche Entwicklungen in den Bereichen Cloud‑Transformation, KI & Produktstrategie sowie für die Entwicklung des Beratungsgeschäfts verantwortlich. Zudem hat er in zahlreichen nationalen wie internationalen Vertriebsprojekten für die ATOSS Software SE erfolgreich gewirkt. Für die Zeit ab dem Geschäftsjahr 2027 ist ein Vorstand der ATOSS Software SE bestehend aus
Herr Obereder beabsichtigt, die Gesellschaft auch nach dem geplanten Rollenwechsel weiterhin aktiv die Entwicklung von ATOSS zu gestalten und seine unternehmerischen Perspektive entlang der ATOSS Vision in seiner Rolle als Mitglied im Aufsichtsrat einzubringen.
